1. A copy of the Trust Deed & Registration Certificate
2. Certified True Copy of The Resolution for opening the account specifically
   mentioning the mode of operation of the account with limits (if any) signed by 1/3rd of the Trustees subject to a minimum of 2 trustees
3. Names & Addresses of all the trustees of the trust on its letterhead, signed by
   at least 2 trustees
4. Certificate of Tax Exemption (If Any)
5. PAN Card of the Trust / Form No. 60 / 61
6. Passport size Photograph of all the authorized signatories
7. Identity Proof of all the authorized Signatories as per List-A
8. Address Proof of all the authorized Signatories as per List-C
