In addition to DCB ATMs, DCB Debit Cardholders
can also use their card for cash withdrawals and
balance enquiries at any VISA ATM across India
free* of charge.
DCB Debit Cardholders can also use their card
at VISA ATMs overseas.
In case your card is lost or stolen, please notify
your branch immediately. You can also call DCB’s
24 Hour Customer Care Centre on 3281 1322 (From
anywhere in India where DCB has a presence) for
assistance.
Whenever you want to shop,
eat out or travel, all you need to do is:
- Present your DCB Debit Card to the merchant
who will swipe the card through the electronic
terminal
- Sign the charge slip that is presented to
you
- Retain one copy of the charge slip till you
receive your monthly statement of account
