Celfill Mobile Top-Up
Introducing Celfill - ATM Mobile Top Up facility
from DCB that allows DCB ATM / Debit cardholders
and other bank’s Visa Debit / Electron cardholders
to electronically refill their prepaid mobile
card through any DCB ATM. Currently this facility
is available for Hutch / Orange, Idea, Airtel,
BPL and Reliance (Only through DCB ATMs)
DCB ATM / Debit cardholders can refill their
prepaid mobile card in two ways:
- Through DCB ATMs and
- Through SMS.
Non DCB Visa Debit / Electron cardholders can
refill their prepaid mobile card directly through
DCB ATMs only and cannot register for the SMS
facility.
DCB would be the first Bank in India to offer
the Mobile Top Up facility to other bank's Visa
Debit / Electron cardholders also.
You can Refill talktime for any amount of your
choice up to the per day limit set by the mobile
operator depending upon location. These
limits are quite high compared to the standard
refill amount. You will get talktime as per
the tariff plan of the mobile operator on the
day of refilling talktime in your prepaid
mobile card.
