above are standard and average rates under standard
income schemes for each class of borrowers and
shall be higher/lower depending on the parameters
which are met by the customers. These rates are
currently applicable and can be changed any time
and from time to time, at the sole discretion
of DCB and without any prior or post notice to
the borrower and such changes shall be final and
binding on all borrowers of DCB.
